About the Position: Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

 

TCloud is growing! We're looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our amazing Professional Services teams. Do you have a passion for implementing technical solutions and a background in ITSM?

 

As the Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for analysing, implementing, and configuring Service Management solutions with ServiceNow. In this customer-facing role, you will have the opportunity to lead consulting service projects, steer the technology-specific capabilities and deliver innovative ServiceNow based solutions and services for customer-facing projects.

What are your duties?

 

  • Lead and work collaboratively with the TClouders to help clients succeed

  • ServiceNow Implementation.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, providing best-in-class solutions.

  • Configuration, development, and support of various ServiceNow solutions including IT,

  • Employee and Customer workflows.

  • Analysing and documenting business requirements for projects.

  • Knowledge sharing or mentoring with other consultants within the team.

  • Ensuring project design, quality and repeatability documentation and processes are available, accessible, and understood by the team.

  • Providing well-conceived, clearly articulated, and practical solutions and recommendations to complex business problems.

  • Understanding the client’s vision and how ServiceNow contributes to their digital transformation journey.

  • Supporting Sales and Presales activities through opportunity identification and qualification, building proof of concepts and presenting demonstrations to customers.

  • Providing high-quality expertise to gain trust from the client as the go-to advisor.

  • Delivering successful outcomes in client engagements, ensuring an excellent reputation for delivery, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Engage in project meetings and perform tasks, including project implementation planning, identifying project risks/issues.

  • Review project deliverables to ensure high-quality standards and customer requirements are met.

  • Providing ServiceNow platform insight and forward-thinking on ServiceNow upgrades, new releases, future ServiceNow roadmap

What we are looking for



  • 5+ years of implementation experience in ServiceNow application would be highly desirable.

  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any of the following: ITSM, CSM, HRSD or ITBM.

  • Experience in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, Java and JavaScript.

  • Self-motivated, work independently or as part of a team, able to learn quickly, responsive, meet deadlines and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

  • Adaptable ability to meet deadlines and deliver to changing priorities.

  • Ability to capture customer requirements, translate into effective ServiceNow designs and form build/configuration activities.

  • Eager for self-learning and obtaining certifications through Partner Now Learning Portal.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills in building and maintaining relationships.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal communication, and written communication.

In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with Technical Consultants, Senior Business Consultants, and/or Project Managers providing and assisting them with technical installations and associated tasks. The position covers product installation, upgrades, configuration, integrations, customisations, data migrations, and troubleshooting.  

This role is suited to consultants at the start of their career, or to support consultants, developers and testers who are looking to make a change to a customer-facing consulting role.

What we are looking for 

  • Experience implementing ITSM software (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.) is highly regarded  

  • Programming experience in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, Java and JavaScript. 

  • Consulting mindset: you can isolate problems, identify solutions, and manage expectations effectively. 

  • Passion for technology and proven experience across a wide range of popular enterprise software and solutions.  

  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to think quickly and deliver autonomously. 

  • Self-motivated, work independently or as part of a team, able to learn quickly, responsive, meet deadlines and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

What are your duties? 

 

  • Project Delivery - Responsible for on time delivery of all assigned technical tasks. 

  • Application configurations and upgrades - Responsible for successful ServiceNow configurations, development, testing, and upgrade within the customer environment. 

  • Integration and Customisation – Assist with the configuration and testing of API and Webservices based integrations and develop customisations where required. 

  • Testing and Support - Work with the project team to test the end-to-end solution and provide ongoing support during User Acceptance Testing and Go Live.  
     

What we are looking for 

 

  • Experience in ServiceNow or any ITSM applications would be desirable. 

  • Minimum 4 years of IT experience. 

  • Entry level experience of technical analysis and consultancy. 

  • Good technical documentation skills. 

  • Self-motivated, work independently or as part of a team, able to learn quickly, responsive, meet deadlines and demonstrate problem-solving skills 

  • Adaptable ability to meet deadlines and deliver to changing priorities.
